I recently purchased a bed from Home Furniture Outlet, specifically from their Granville store, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, Esther was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The bed itself is fantastic—great quality, looks beautiful in my home, and is exactly what I was hoping for. What really impressed me was the quick delivery service. I purchased the bed on Saturday and had it delivered and set up by Monday, which was extremely fast and efficient. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend Home Furniture Outlet especially if you’re looking for great service, quick delivery, and quality furniture. We had a great experience with Home Furniture Outlet. The team was very helpful from the beginning and made the whole process easy. A few months after our purchase, one of the reading lights on our sofa stopped working. We contacted the store and they were fantastic. They helped us with the manufacturer’s warranty, organised everything for us, and arranged for A technician to come out. The issue was fixed without any hassle. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely looks after its customers after the sale. We are very happy with both the furniture and the customer service. Angel provided outstanding customer service. We felt no pressure to buy and were made to feel genuinely welcome. He had excellent knowledge of the products, and the showroom was easy to navigate with plenty of options to choose from. Getting a quote and finding the right solution for our needs was quick and simple. The location is convenient with plenty of parking straight off Parramatta Road, and easy access for those in wheelchairs or with mobility challenges. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and highly recommend visiting.
