From the beginning, the team explained that our order was coming in a container shipment and that delays were possible. Unfortunately, the container arrived about 3 weeks later than expected, but we had been informed of this possibility in advance and were kept updated throughout the process. What we appreciated most was the honest communication and transparency. Once the furniture arrived, the quality exceeded our expectations and everything was well worth the wait. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions we had. Fantastic service before and after the sale. We had a small issue with one of the reading lights on our sofa, and the team organised everything through the manufacturer’s warranty. A technician came out and fixed it quickly. Great customer service and a company that really stands behind its products. Highly recommended! 😊

We bought this 3-seater sofa a year ago and we’re still absolutely thrilled with it. The quality is amazing, it’s incredibly comfortable, and it still looks brand new even after daily use. The customer service was excellent and the delivery was super fast. It has truly become the heart of our living room. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommended!

As soon as my mum and I walked in we loved a lot of the furniture in this store it is laid out really well and it’s not cluttered like many others, we saw a couch and loved it right away but we’re not to sure on a colour to get but with the amazing customer service, Moving things around and helping us with what ever we needed, We finally decided on a colour. He helped us out with a mattress making sure it was the right fit and then we saw a table we loved it was floor stock so we to it as is and he went above and beyond with this completely undone the table legs and helped us put it in the car it didn’t fit we thought we’d have to come back another day and we’re a little sad but he told us if we had rope he would help us put the top on the roof as we have rails, he then got bubble wrap and tired the whole table safety and securely to the roof of the car he put in so much effort just to make his customers happy and we didn’t have to go back. We already bought a table, mattress and lounge and we definitely be going back for more the customer service was outstanding and we couldn’t ask for more thank you so much for all your kindness and help we appreciate you a lot I have forgotten
