We had a great experience at Hoyts Broadway! We watched the live-action Moana and really enjoyed the movie and the overall cinema experience. The recliner seats were very comfortable, making the movie even more enjoyable. We also tried the food, and we were impressed by the variety of snacks and drinks available. Everything was well organized, and we had a lovely time. We would definitely come back for another movie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient service that's accessible and accommodating. The Lux sessions are great value for the weekday price of $28, including service at the press of a button. The complimentary chocolate, soda and popcorn are a nice touch to this premium service.

I’ve been coming to Hoyts Broadway for years, and in almost every respect it’s a fantastic cinema. The location is convenient, the cinemas are generally clean and well maintained, and I’ve always found the overall experience to be good. Unfortunately, there’s one issue that consistently ruins the experience, and it’s significant enough that I’ve started choosing other cinemas instead. The music in the foyer is played at an incredibly high volume. Because the cinema doors don’t close automatically, every time someone leaves to use the bathroom or buy food and doesn’t manually close the door behind them, the foyer music pours straight into the cinemas. During quieter scenes, it’s impossible to ignore and completely breaks the immersion of the film. This happens on virtually every single visit. I’ve even found myself getting up during movies just to close the cinema door after other patrons, who either assume it will close automatically or simply don’t realise they’ve left it open. This feels like such an easy issue to solve. Either reduce the volume of the foyer music, install self-closing doors, or have staff ensure the doors are kept closed during sessions. Went lux for my experience and was treated amazingly. Staff were friendly and helpful, they didn't make us feel lost. First time in lux and we appreciated the demo for now the seat works. The food was lovely and they had a wide selection, it also came out exactly when they said it would. 10/10

Wonderful cinema 🎥 The seats are extremely comfortable and roomy. In fact, you could recline the seat as needed, which makes the experience much more pleasurable. The staff was friendly as well. Also, bonus points for delicious popcorn 🍿 If you like Coca-Cola, you will not be in luck. They only have Pepsi there. It was not an issue for me, so I was pretty happy with the provided options
