I bought a few ankle and knee supports while I was in Australia and later recommended them to my patients. Great value for money and they work. I also use them as a self care measure to keep my joints from deteriorating with repetetive work as a Remedial Therapist. Absolutely awesome buy!

i5joints back support belt ( dont buy this product should be sold in Australian market) Attention All customer /very poor quality product and very bad customer service . business owner was very rude he know dont how to talk to female customer. ZERO knowledge in customer service . I purchased the i5joints back support belt on 1st Sep 2018 for AUD 60.00 from the I5joints store in Merrylands Stockland Mall, NSW, used it for one week and felt that the belt was no longer supporting my back properly , it lost its elasticity and also the Velcro tore off from the belt from both sides of the belt. I have back problems and need to ware this belt on a daily basis when I get back pains. I understood that this belt was of poor quality and will not suit my purpose. Therefore I took the below back to their store in Merrylands Stockland Mall and requested a refund on 13th Sep 2018 at 9.30 Am. The store Assistant refused to give me a refund and said she could only offer a replacement. I therefore requested to speak to the owner and called the owner (Mr. Siva) on the phone. He was rude on the phone and spoke to me very badly. He refused to give me a refund even though I went back to return th

One of my friend recommended me i5joints product. I have used magnetic posture support. Which is really helped me to correct my posture and everyday pain. I will highly recommend this i5 joints product.

Be aware i5 joints will give rip you off. Do not buy from them. No refund no replacement and stupid arrogance. You will find them in wesfields stay away... Again do some investigatuon before buy from them.
