Most of the times travelling for work we stay at the Ibis, sometimes extended, the staff here are always respectful, attentive, kind & will do their best to accomodate our needs. Its called a budget hotel for a reason, youre not paying for a pool, gym, city view, hair dryer etc. Beds & rooms weve stayed in & usually ask for the same rooms are quiet rooms away from the usual noise of traffic, washing machine etc. Rooms are always spotless, beds are comfy enough to have a good sleep, tea, coffee & kettle, bar fridge provided, aircon & a corner t.v with free wifi. Sulav i think it is at front counter is great at his job, very friendly, attentive, patient, approachable, & does his best to accomodate us. The cleaners do a great job, anytime i see them, they acknowledge me, greet with a smile & always ask if i need anything. Rooms are always clean, they service on request or simply supply what we need for the room, Im more comfortable staying at this Ibis then any other when am in Sydney working between parramatta & penrith. Thanks Team, keep up the great work you do 👏

We booked a one-night stay in room 206. While the room size was decent for the price and met our low expectations, the noise level was completely unacceptable.The windows lack any soundproofing, and our corner location made the outside noise even worse. As a result, we only managed to get one hour of sleep the entire night.My recommendation: Spend a few extra dollars to stay elsewhere so you can actually get some rest.

I had an excellent stay at the Ibis Hotel in Wentworthville. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed, which really made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic, and everything throughout my stay exceeded expectations. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you can honestly say you only have positive things to say, but this was definitely one of those experiences. A big thank you to all the staff for making the stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Wentworthville.

The room is mostly taken up by the beds and barely has a kitchenette. The room doesn't have a microwave but does have a mini fridge and a kettle. However the mini fridge seems to lightly freeze everything which with the only microwave being in a shared location down on the ground floor is slightly problematic. The beds are epic on comfort and I have no complaints for the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything feels hygienic and for a small open living space it doesn't feel too crowded. The bathrooms are a disappointing very small like porta potties with a squishy shower 🚿 its perfect for the affordable stayers but not curvy friendly. I love a good shower and this just makes me dread using the toilet and shower. Speaking of the toilet the smell doesn't seem to leave even with the vent fan on making it uncomfortable to use and share with your friends... Overall cheap and good service but lacking in basic accommodation in kitchenette quality and bathroom.
