I called at 4pm on a Saturday and the representative took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, explain what caused the issue, and outline how to avoid it going forward. Bax, who completed the service, was fantastic - great communication, updates at every stage, videos of the work, and a follow‑up call with his findings and recommendations. Great experience! I was interested in a termite inspection and the response was super quick, they were able to come out almost the next day. Adam was super great and helpful, was able to identify the issues and we were able to go forward with treatment. Adam went above and beyond! Our service rep was Adam and I found him to be polite and well mannered. He did a walk around the property and proceeded with the general pest control application. To address the possum issue, he positioned the trap in the roof cavity above the service access hole. After a week, I asked that the trap be moved to the backyard under the mango tree where I suspect it had been feeding. The morning after it was moved, we had the animal in the cage. I draped a towel over the cage until it was picked up. Thank you Adam and Jeff.
