I went to this shop because Apple recommends it for battery replacement. I expected professional service and thought I might also be able to buy some accessories. Instead, I found a very small shop with no accessories available. The lady at the front desk was not interested in helping. When I asked about replacing the battery, she simply said they don’t do it on-site. They would have to send my phone elsewhere, and it would take around two weeks to replace the battery. This was a complete waste of my time. I don’t understand why Apple recommends this shop, as they don’t even carry out the battery replacement themselves and the customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.

Called to ask about my water damaged Mac. The staff was so helpful and kind in giving advice and a quote. Really appreciate it!

Never have I been in a shop that were so blatantly obvious they were not interested in my business. Firstly I wasnignored for about 10 minutes whilst the 1 person on duty was on the phone. I went in with a simple request of replacing the hard drive in my IMac, even to get a price was like pulling teeth. After I finally got a price I was told I would need a diagnostic report that would cost me $80, I told him I didn’t want this as it had been done by apple a few months ago, I was told I had to get this done, if this is compulsory why is it not included in the quote? Then I was told if they found anything else wrong with my computer I would have to get them to fix those before replacing the hard drive. Why? Why can they not just replace the hard drive like I went in to ask for? I said to the person serving me, ‘do you have any more excuses?’ It was clear they wanted to give every excuse they could to k no or do the job, why do they work in a computer repair shop if they don’t like repairing computers?

poor costumer service. Never come back. The senior female technical expert exuded confidence, delivering a response with an air of superiority: we cannot fix, also do not want to try to help! bang on! What a good job! From their response, it can be inferred that they have never attempted to consider the issue from the consumer's perspective. Perhaps making money as an Apple authorized dealer is easy, blaming everything on Apple, not learning from Apple's service standards, but certainly adopting Apple's arrogance. Giving a negative review is not unjust at all. Another thing, before visiting your store, I called in advance to inform about my computer issues and current state. No one informed me that you were powerless to help; on the contrary, the girl insisted convincingly that I visit as soon as possible. Apparently, the customer's travel time is of no concern to you!

The team at ideal store are very helpful and genuine. I trust their opinions and don’t feel like they are trying to rip me off, given I don’t have a great deal of tech knowledge. I was super impressed about how they exceeded the expected turnaround time of my laptop repair. Would definitely recommend ideal store if you need Apple assistance
