We had the pleasure of having Matt from Idyllic Funerals organising my father in-law’s funeral just recently. From the very start, Matt was amazing. With just a short turnaround for the funeral, Matt always made himself available to answer any questions we had and nothing we asked was ever a bother for him. He went above and beyond to explore every detail and made the process so stress free for us which gave us precious moments to spend time with family and process the death of a loved one. The day itself went as smoothly as could be with many family friends commenting on the amazing job he did, especially given it was a funeral which involved quite a few Vietnamese cultural traditions blended with some modern touches. We would highly recommend Idyllic Funerals for your funeral services.

From the first phone call Matt made me feel that mum was in safe hands. Having never navigated this process before it’s a steep learning curve with a lot of decisions to be made - but Matt was able to make everything feel manageable.
