Terrible wash. This is after the premium wash that comes with the pre soaking and all that. There’s bird poop on the front and the roof is still spotty and dirty. Don’t waste your time. At least the car washes at 7 eleven and other petrol stations work.

24 July 26 - 8.30am I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. The male staff member with the beard who was directing cars was extremely aggressive and confrontational. He repeatedly banged loudly on my car, yelled “STOP,” and spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. At one point he said, “When I say LEFT, you go LEFT. When I say RIGHT, you go RIGHT. Listen to me,” despite me already following the directions and simply making small steering adjustments. What made me even more uncomfortable was that he reached his hand inside my car, told me to let go of the steering wheel, and physically grabbed the steering wheel himself. I found this completely inappropriate and unnecessary. There is no reason for anyone to put their hands inside a customer’s vehicle or invade their personal space like that. I’ve used automatic car washes many times and understand how the process works. Giving directions is one thing, but yelling, being physically intrusive, and speaking to customers in a condescending manner is another. I left feeling shocked and humiliated. Paid $28 for the Titanium HD carwash last Saturday afternoon expecting the car to be super clean afterwards. However, many parts were still dirty. I rejoined the queue afterwards and informed the attendant. I explained my concern and would like a second pass through the machine. He declined my request and offered me a cloth and bucket of water, and said I can do it myself. Terrible service and very disappointed.

Fix your dog wash machine. It doesn’t work, had this issue for the last couple of weeks and no repair. What’s the point of having it there? And when it was actually working, the water was too hot for the dogs. I’m not like those picky dog owners but the water temp is always at the “hot” point for human handling too…imagine how hot it’d be for dogs.

The Ceramic XTR auto wash missed some of the back and didn’t completely dry the car but it produced a decent result for an auto wash.
