I had a wonderful experience. Yashoda was very polite and professional. She did an excellent job with my eyebrows (threading) and upper lip (threading ). She wasn't in a hurry to finish the job and took her time to make sure everything was done carefully.

I had a very disappointing experience at Indian Beauty Secret Salon today. I have been a regular customer for many years and usually visit every 2–3 weeks for eyebrow threading and upper lip threading, so this experience was very upsetting. When I arrived, I was asked to wait, which I was happy to do. However, once my treatment started, more customers came in, and the staff member appeared stressed because she was working alone. Instead of focusing on my service, she rushed through my eyebrow threading. The threading was painful, and when I needed a short break, she kept asking me to hold my skin continuously without giving me time to recover. During my upper lip threading, I started sneezing because I have an allergy and the loose hair was irritating my nose. Instead of showing understanding or giving me a moment to compose myself, she became visibly irritated. She then asked, in a rude manner, why I chose threading instead of waxing. As someone who worked in the beauty industry in Australia for 8–9 years, I know the difference between these services. If I wanted waxing, I could have done it myself at home. I came to the salon and paid $24 because I wanted professional threading

I have known them for more than 10 years now and I am 100% confident in them and their services. I appreciate each and everyone of them. Especially komal for Sharp and clean eye brows. That woman knows precision. For my hair I trust Bunty, he is professional and knows what he is doing. The best hair cut and blow dry. Well done guys.
