First off if I could give this amazing place an infinity star I would. To say that the service of this place from Joe from start to finish was exceptional is an absolute understatement. I went in having absolutely no idea what to do but Joe immediately made me feel so at ease with his professionalism and all around infectious personality. He was so meticulous and experienced at what he did and no only do I feel so much more confident about myself from the outside, the overall conversations and laughter we shared made me feel so good on the inside too. Joe you are an absolute inspiration and you have motivated me to be a better person. Even though this was my first appointment with you I can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for me already. You are love, you are light, it is impossible not to fall in love with who you are, never dim that light and continue to inspire others because there is not enough compliments I can give you to say how much of an outstanding person you are. We need millions of Joe’s In this world. I will definitely be coming back very soon!

Hands down the best place to get your ears pierced, styled, and troubleshooted! I’ve been seeing Joe and his family for years now, happily travelling over an hour each way because no one else compares. The care, knowledge, and genuine passion they have for what they do is second to none. A special shout-out to Jaidyn, who always takes such incredible care of me. He has the gentlest touch and always manages to sort my ears out when they’re not having a good time. The whole team makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and completely looked after from the moment you walk in. Their attention to detail and commitment to helping clients achieve their piercing goals is something really special. Fair warning though: I started with 7 piercings, and now I’m up to 16 and I’m still going. Once you’ve experienced the level of service and expertise here, it’s hard to stop! Thank you all for the years of care, advice, and beautiful piercings. I wouldn’t trust anyone else

Went in today with nothing in particular in mind- I’d heard good reviews from other friends and I was not disappointed! The piercing parlour itself stunning, beautifully clean well spaced out. My appointment was with Jo and I’ve never had more fun! He listened to me and chose what would look best based on my ear shape and pre-existing piercings. He also mapped out future piercings that would complete the look. He’s quick, thorough but also attentive and caring, directs your breathing through the procedure (and I hardly felt anything) I’m already working out when I can come back!

If you’re thinking about going anywhere else, don’t. Jo and the team at Industrie 8 are on another level. What really stands out is how much pride they take in their work. It’s not just about piercings, it’s precision, care, and genuine expertise. Everything is done properly, and because of that, I’ve never had issues with healing. The jewellery is top-tier and you can instantly tell the difference in quality. The vibe in the studio is just as impressive, clean, polished, and super professional, but still warm and welcoming. Every staff member knows exactly what they’re doing and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and confident with everything. I always leave feeling put together and honestly a bit obsessed with how good everything looks. The compliments I get constantly just back up how talented they are. Couldn’t recommend them more they’ve set the standard ridiculously high and no one else compares. Loyal client for life. 🩷🩷

Industrie8, I would say, is the most professional piercing shop I've ever come across. The layout of the shop is sleek and very welcoming, with highly qualified staff who walk you through the process and provide excellent advice on how to properly maintain your piercings. As a freshly new young adult who recently graduated from high school and wanted a new look, this shop is the epitome of a must-go. My experience at Industrie8 was incredibly friendly and had a chill vibe from the moment I entered, through the process, to the end service. I got two upper lobe piercings on my left ear, an upper lobe, and a conch piercing on my right ear, and the experience was smooth and professional throughout. Pain-wise, I’d rate it around 3/10 for the two upper lobes, 2/10 for the upper lobe, and 4/10 for the conch, which was surprisingly manageable thanks to how calm and reassuring the environment was. Joseph truly created a comfortable atmosphere by breaking the ice, being relatable and down to earth, which in turn helped ease my nerves, especially since it was my first time getting multiple piercings.
