We visited for a birthday party and the children had a blast. I recommend parking in Westfield and walking through the station or catching a train. It’s such a conveniently located gym and it’s so much fun.

We had such a fun night out with the girls at Bungee exercise! It’s a high-cardio yet low-impact workout that keeps you moving with lots of jumping, lunges, and laughter. A great way to sweat it out while having a good time. Definitely recommend and would love to do it again!

I had a terrible experience at this Pilates studio in Chatswood. I went in with a back pain issue, hoping for some guidance, but the customer service was awful. Despite explaining that I had never attended Pilates before and was dealing with back pain, they still pushed me to pay for a course, claiming it would help. During my first class, things only got worse. There were no proper instructions or acknowledgment of my condition. The instructor had a terrible attitude—she started yelling at me because I didn’t know how to use the equipment, yet she never explained how to use it in the first place! I felt completely lost, unsupported, and unwelcome. Worst of all, I ended up hurting my back even more due to the lack of proper guidance. This place is completely unprofessional, and I would never recommend it to anyone—especially those with existing injuries.

My 7 year old daughter had a birthday party here and it was incredible! The bungee dance routine was so fun and it felt like flying when you jumped up! Daughters convinced me to try as well and it was epic. Would definitely recommend, even if it’s just a night out with friends!
