Great range of instructors and classes! Even though it’s a big studio, it always feels personal, and they’re great at catering to injuries with clear guidance. I started coming once every few weeks and now go 2–3 times a week because I can’t pick a favourite class or instructor — they’re all amazing. Weekends book out quickly, which shows it’s absolutely worth attending this studio.

Disorganised. Unwelcoming. Questionable Attitude. I joined with genuine expectations after signing a 4-month membership and being told I could attend a beginner intro session. I arrived, only to be told the instructor had no idea I was coming. Instead of helping to sort it out, I was repeatedly asked to prove I belonged there, even though the admin team arranged the trial outside the booking system. What stood out most was the tone. The interaction felt cold, dismissive, and honestly a bit uncomfortable for a first-time client. Being asked to wait “outside” when there were seats inside the studio, and being questioned whether I was even with the right store, gave me the impression that I wasn’t particularly welcome there. I will leave others to interpret that as they wish, but it certainly didn’t feel inclusive. I stayed less than two minutes before deciding to cancel the membership. The follow-up from management was equally surprising. Instead of acknowledging internal miscommunication, I was told I sounded “demanding” simply for asking what was going on. My girlfriend and I absolutely love this studio. I highly recommend it if you're serious about health and wellness. The instructors are amazing and helpful for beginners.

The instructors are all professionals who cater to various fitness levels, or injuries, ensuring that everyone can find a suitable challenge within the workout. The variety keeps things exciting and engaging, making each session enjoyable.
