Prompt service, perfect follow-up to commitments, no surprise extras from agreed price and staff were polite and efficient. All of that in the course of 6 hours from first contact to flow of hot water (replaced old broken Rinnai hot water heater for a new one). I don't offer reviews freely, this one is well deserved. Called to repair or possibly replace an electric instant system. Technician took time to explain faults with the existing system and the options/cost to repair or replace. Replaced the system, technician took time to walk me through the different features of the new system. Was polite, friendly, tidy and efficient in his work.

Great service from Inline Plumbing. Was promised that they could have my hotwater back on line by around 10 am on Monday, was showering at 9 am. Dealt with Peter on the price and scheduling. Simon the technician was prompt, courteous and very professional. Thanks for replacing my Rheem Stellar with no fuss at a reasonable price.
