I can’t thank you enough for your kindness today. I came into your shop hoping to replace a few special crystals that had been given to me by a dear friend for a very important chapter in my life. I explained my situation, and not only did you take the time to carefully help me find each one, but you also added another crystal that you thought would be meaningful. When you told me I didn’t have to pay, I was completely overwhelmed. In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, your generosity and compassion reminded me that there are truly beautiful people out there. It wasn’t about the crystals themselves—it was the care, empathy and genuine kindness you showed a complete stranger that touched my heart. I will never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope the universe returns your kindness to you a thousand times over, and that all the good you put into the world comes back to you in wonderful ways. If i could give this place a 0 i would. I had booked in for a psychic reading with Sharon and when I arrived I instantly felt an off energy. When i got into the room she sat down and explained that she only uses energy to read people - to which i already had a weird feeling about. She then asked what area of my life i wanted insight to, I said family - she then said she wanted all my family’s names and details…. i kindly questioned why she’s asking me for details and got very passive aggressive and offered me a refund. This woman is a scammer, do not waste your money - sounds like she’s just gonna tell you what you wanna hear.

Inner Forest has the most amazing and largest variety of crystals I have seen in one place. I have been introduced to beautiful crystals that I had no idea existed! The ladies at the store are wonderful, friendly and happy to help. I also love their FB and IG Lives where you get to snap up some new beauties before they reach the shelves. ❤️

The staff at Inner Forest are always helpful and something that I appreciate as a customer is to be given time to browse without interruption and here they do exactly that. There’s a great variety of items and a calm, comfortable energy within the store. Each time I’ve been there it’s been a pleasant experience.
