I have been a customer of Insignia for over 10 years. I visit the salon every two weeks for a colour and blow dry and recently have had Keratin hair extensions. I also use the day spa for eyebrows, pedicure and massages. The whole team always make me feel extremely welcome and go above and beyond to ensure I look fabulous! Through the years I have had Olivia, Steve, Phoebi, Emma, Nat and Makayla look after me depending who’s available and my time schedule. They are all competent and capable hairdressers. From the moment I walk in to the coffee and snacks, the fabulous head massage at the basin, the friendly chit chat I leave feeling uplifted and pretty😁. Mel and Kate are always at the front desk steering the ship and ensuring it runs smoothly. What a fabulous team!

Went to Insignia Salon with my daughter in law for my Mother's day package it was Amazing! Excellent Atmosphere & OMG Claire gave the Best Massage & Facial experience ever definitely magic hands, I felt refreshed & invigorated Thanks Claire your the BEST! my hair curls just Beautiful Thanks Curl girl did Great job! Looking forward to my next visit Ladies. Thank You 😊

I just had a wash and blowdry with Hayley and I could not recommend her enough!!!!! She is so kind, happy to chat and get to know you and not to mention she’s just had me leave the salon with the most incredible bouncy waves. Thank you so much I will definitely be booking back in with Hayley!

I had such a great experience with Phoebe! I had a half head of foils, toner, caviar treatment, cut, blow dry and style, and I absolutely love the end result. From the start, Phoebe really listened to what I wanted and asked thoughtful questions during the consultation to make sure she understood exactly what I was after. She was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable and at home throughout the appointment. I was also really well looked after, with drinks and snacks offered during my visit, which was such a nice touch. The head massage was amazing, and the treatment left my hair feeling like silk. I’m so happy with both the colour and the cut — Phoebe did an excellent job.

I’ve visited Insignia a few times now, and I have to say — Sheree is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is the main reason I keep coming back. I’ve had massages, facials, pedicures, body exfoliations, and a few other treatments I don’t even know the name of — and every single time, Sheree delivers an exceptional experience. She is incredibly professional, highly experienced, and makes you feel completely at ease. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and totally rejuvenated. I honestly can’t recommend her enough — if you’re thinking of booking in, ask for Sheree. You won’t regret it!
