I got two house keys cut at Bunnings and it didn't work. I went back to cut it again and it still didn't work. That was when they referred me across the road to Integrity. The guy there was so helpful and he reworked the existing keys I paid for. I went back again to get other keys cut and every time he has suggested to come back if it doesn't work as it just needs a tweak. So I did that. Always pleasant to deal with them. He did warn me they charge more for their keys but it was a type of key that Bunnings couldn't cut so we were glad they could do it for us

Paid for a key delivery service that was never delivered. Instead, I had to spend over 1.5 hours travelling to collect it myself — completely defeating the purpose of paying for delivery in the first place. When I raised the issue, I was simply told it “wasn’t their fault,” which is not acceptable. If you charge for a service, you should actually provide it. This falls well below basic expectations and doesn’t align with Australian Consumer Law. Very poor experience and disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.

Lot owner ordered keys for electrical box in September 2025. Its now now March 2026 and still don't have simple set of keys. Multiple issues with payments and invoicing and supposedly delivering keys to property manager and having to pay postage a second time. Having to chase it up again today. Having to chase things up multiple times (myself and property manager and strata manger.) Would not recommend.

UPDATE to earlier review below - The owner of the company - Bryce, rang me back and was very pleasant. He assisted with the Installers Code and took my feedback on and respected my honest review. Said he will take up with his staff to improve and provide the highest level of service he expects his customers to receive. Based on this prompt resolution by Bryce I have changed my review to a 4/5 and would use Integrity Locksmiths again and recommend them. Thank you Bryce. Original review - Not happpy, they never rang me back after leaving them a message a week ago. Was told after I rang a 2nd time they no longer service the alarm they installed and have no records of their Installers Code which the new alarm service company needs who said Integrity should be keeping those records.
