Very bad customer service – Intersport Auburn I had a very bad experience with this store. Last week, I bought shoes for my son, but the size was not perfect. Today I went back to exchange for a bigger size and brought my son with me to make sure we got the correct fit. Instead of helping, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. One female staff member in particular was very disrespectful and had no customer service skills at all. I was treated badly even though I had a valid reason for the exchange and had already paid for the shoes. If a customer pays, they have the right to proper service and help with sizing β€” that is part of the staff’s job. This experience was disappointing and unnecessary. I do not recommend this store due to rude staff and poor customer service.

Like a lot of the reviews here, the store has a very wide range of products you wouldn't see in other similar stores but the service is atrocious. They had a lot of items on sale on their website so we went in to get a pair of shoes that were heavily discounted, once at the cashier, the staff pointed out that the colour we chose isn't the one on sale, I checked their website and found that it was in fact on sale, just not the same discount we were expecting and when we called him out, he just said ok and started scanning the product, the shoes were at $99 and we were asked if we would be happy to pay 50c for a paper bag. Wow. While they have a lot of good products, the experience was extremely underwhelming. EDIT: You seriously charge every customer 50 cents for a bag? And you seem oddly proud of that. Maybe consider this: when someone spends $99 at your store, the absolute least you could do is provide a bag free of charge so they can actually carry their purchase home. It's basic decency, not some grand act of generosity. As for your staff β€” the way we were misled about the discount is unacceptable. He flat-out claimed the item wasn't discounted at all, when in reality it was,

Service isn’t the greatest but the store itself has a lot of products and a good range of sporting goods (clothing, shoes, basketball / NBA gear). The basketball area of the store is actually really interesting, with hats, jerseys, balls, funko pop toys and more!!
