I walked into this store today genuinely intending to spend serious money — we’re talking $800–$2,000+ on a decent massage chair my old one finally gave up the ghost. I was polite, no attitude, just browsing like a normal customer. Saw a nice-looking display chair with a clear sign right next to it (and on similar pieces): “Please seat by putting your shoes off”. Okay, cool — they literally invite you to try before you buy, shoes off to keep it clean. Standard practice in shops. So I did exactly that: slipped my shoes off, sat down carefully to test comfort, support, height — the basics you do when dropping hundreds or thousands. Not even 10 seconds in, this female staff member storms over like I’d just set the place on fire. No “hi”, no “how’s it feeling?”, no nothing. Just barks “Stand up! You can’t sit here!” in the rudest, most aggressive tone imaginable. I was stunned. Pointed at the sign literally 30 cm from my face and said calmly, “But the sign says please seat with shoes off — that’s what I did.” Her response? Zero acknowledgment. I got the chair A100s. I feel very relaxing and easy to use. Great for back and shoulder pain . The heat and massage settings works well. Feels like a mini spa at home. Very Recommend !!!
