Absolutely incredible service at IT Cave. I went in to buy a Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike mouse and IT Cave had it in stock straight away. While I was there I noticed a Battlefield 6 bag from the Tokyo Game Show on display and mentioned how cool it was. The owner told me the one on display wasn’t for sale, but remembered she might have another one somewhere out the back. After searching she actually found it and gifted it to me. Completely unexpected and honestly made my day. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Great store, great people, and only a short walk from World Square for me. This will definitely be my new go-to store for PC gaming gear and parts. Highly recommended.

Recommended if you're after customizable or specific tech products. Decent service, friendly lady, and competitive prices, was finding the Faker Edition mouse, JB Hi-Fi only offered Toll delivery, which takes forever. Scorptec was the only store with it in stock, but the closest location was Silverwater, 16km away.

Sandy and the team at IT Cave helped me build my latest system. I was originally looking at a number of online PC providers and asked for a quote from IT Cave. They beat it quite convincingly and I was so happy with the level of service, communication and turn around time. Important details were checked with me in a timely manner and the system was built in a matter of days. I'm confident my future PC needs will be fulfilled by IT Cave. Very highly recommended.

This is the best computer store in all of Technocity. The staff are friendly and eager to assist and they have a wide array of harder to find parts. They even have me a great deal on a part that didn't have a set price. Much recommended!
