Avoid this exam centre if you can and choose another 1 if there is any. There are a handful of reasons why: their computers are very slow, the rooms are small, dinghy and dirty (the hygiene level is appalling as there was human hair on the computer desk which I took my exam at), you can hear people chatting outside and heavy thuds of footsteps which send vibrations through the paper thin walls when people walk past the corridors from the outside. The air ventilation is bad and when I walked into the exam room I could smell other people who had been in the exam room before me. For some of the prices you pay to sit some of the exams, a better exam experience would be more proper.

I've done couple of exams in their centre , but had different issues. 1- They were talking loudly with customers without considering people inside the room are taking exams! also rooms doesn't have any insulation. 3- No proper air con in the room, too hot! dont go there during summer. 2-another time in the middle of the exam needed to go to bathroom before review and submit and then once I came back I saw their staff sat on my sit and she submitted my exam!!! I was so lucky that I passed the exam, she was just saying sorry! In general I would say If you have a different option, don't use this centre.

I've taken Cisco Networks Training Course from ITIC in Aug 2018. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their services and the quality of the CCNA R&S course. I gained valuable hands-on experiences through performing operations on Cisco devices. I was able to extend knowledge beyond the theories I learnt from my university networking courses. My supervisor Joshi in ITIC was very much experienced not only in teaching but also in previous work in the networking industry. He also provided us with some valuable tips on preparing for the future job interviews. After completing the course in ITIC, I was introduced to one of their partner companies to do an internship working as Network Engineer.

Went in for an exam today. The lady at the counter was very quick in getting me setup. Directed me to where the locker was to keep my belongings. The place I did the exam was clean with ample lighting. There were ear mufflers provided which helped me and was comfortable to wear. Just a few minutes away from the townhall station which was convenient as well. Highly recommended.

The staff are professional and very friendly. They've accommodated me at short notice twice when I had to rebook an exam in a hurry when my bookings at another centre fell through. They have up-to-date equipment for people who want to get take IT exams, but the testing booths for computer-delivered exams are uncomfortable and need updating. Would still highly recommend this place for any exam.
