I previously had my taxes done by a retired accountant for years and needed to find a new agent after he was no longer willing to do my returns. As such I decided to try ITP Parramatta. This is my 3rd year getting my taxes done with them and am more than pleased with their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. They went through every possible tax compliant avenue within their means to get me a refund. Not only that but they follow a more "relational" approach to their customers by having conversations with clients and not just churning through as many as possible. I appreciate the fact that they remember and ask about life events, family, etc. It's the little things as they say. I would definitely recommend anyone reading this to use their services.

Strongly recommend Raj and Vinita and I'm SO glad I found them through the positive reviews I've read. Raj looks at every single detail and explains all the tricky tax stuff in layman's terms so that it's easy to understand. He strives to get to the best outcome at tax time and gives me a call to answer any questions I have. Most importantly both he and Vinita are really kind and good natured people and agree with many of the reviews to recommend them to family and friends!

I absolutely LOVE the mother and son team that is ITP Parramatta! Raj and Vinita have been metaphorically holding my hand with ALL tax related matters for well over 5 years now, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for the kind of support and service they provide! I jokingly state that I get a “tears free” tax lodgement with Raj, who is hugely thorough, professional and totally honest in his dealings with me. I have referred several friends to him because of his caring manner and precision. Grateful to have these two on my team!

Raj from ITP Parramatta has been my accountant for the best part of 10 years. Raj shows genuine care for his clients and is always looking for best outcomes. Over the years, Raj has continued to educate and guide me so that I am best prepared come tax time. He makes everything easy and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Thank you for all your hard work. My wife and I were greeted with respect and were offered bottles of water. I have never been so welcomed in a business environment. Raj looked after us and helped lodge my wife's tax and then my tax. Very happy with the service, assistance, guidance and help. Raj went above and beyond to help me as my lodgement was a complex one. I felt like a VIP while I was there. I will go back again and again simply because of the service I have received.
