I was really happy when I got recommended Jaeja for the rehab of my injury. It is a really nice environment with the right equipment, therefore staying motivated on healing is an easy task. Tamara is a great physio who took my case seriously from the start, and I already notice such an improvement in my strength.

They worked holistically across a whole team of people’s strengths to provide dedicated support focussed on what I needed to ensure that physically and mentally I was fully supported. I recently had a physiotherapy session with Emilia, focused on physical mobilisation for my lower back, shoulder, and upper back. Without needing much explanation, she expertly identified all the problematic areas and addressed them with precision. Her treatment was exceptional, and she provided me with targeted strengthening exercises to improve posture, release shoulder tension, and enhance core stability to better support my lower spine. I left the appointment feeling significantly less sore and genuinely terrific. Emilia is both highly professional and incredibly friendly. I met Tamara after sustaining an avulsion fracture of the hamstring, (where 2 of the 3 tendons of the hamstring detach from the bone - not an easy one). It was not a surgical repair. She was attentive and compassionate and I felt confident at each appointment. She continued to liaise with my orthopaedic specialist. A rehabilitation program was on track with a long term goal to strengthen over months and eventually return to work which is physical, and also to hike again, which is an essential part of my lifestyle. All this was attainable after rehab sessions at the beautiful Jaeja studio, where she offers a state of the art rehab program. Enormous gratitude for encouraging my rehab to continue at home and at the gym. Without Tamara I'd not have been able to tick off my "Three Capes walk" over 3 days in Tasmania 14 months after the injury. Very grateful. Thank you !
