Joe and his brother's team did a really really excellent job replacing copper pipe of my ducted air condition, hang the outdoor unit properly on the wall, and clean my other ducted unit in the kitchen. They care so much about the quality of work they do and they are really friendly people to work with. I would not go to any other vendor and I fully recommend them to anybody looking for quality work for your air conditioning and heating needs. Thank you Joe

Dropped in for a quote/advice at the Willoughby showroom on a Saturday. Required a supply & fit of a Daikin Inverter with three units, including removal of existing redundant system. Fast turnaround with installation booked the following week. The team were neat and tidy on the day, in particular Michael who is fastidious in setting up the tools/ equipment in an orderly fashion…like an F1 pit crew. Clean cabling, including conduit and cable ties outside likened to a quality engine bay. Good communication throughout install. Would recommend Joe, Robert and the team to others.

Joe and his team were so efficient and friendly and I couldn't be happier with the final result! The aircon is so sleek and works in my small apartment so well, without being an eye-sore! Would recommend to anyone looking to get an aircon installed.

We recently had a new air conditioning system installed by Joe and the team at JaicrestAir, and overall we were very impressed with the experience. From the initial consultation through to installation, Joe and his team were extremely easy to deal with. Communication was clear, they arrived when they said they would, and the installation was completed professionally and efficiently. One thing that really stood out was how well they cleaned up after the job was finished — they left the work areas tidy and treated our home with respect throughout the process. If there was one area for improvement, it would be having someone on-site during the installation who is trained to set up and demonstrate the Wi-Fi controls for the air conditioning units. This would make the handover process even smoother for customers. Our only other minor concern was that a gate that needed to be removed from its hinges during the installation wasn't put back on quite properly afterward. However, this was a small issue in the context of an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, Joe and his team were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. We would happily recommend JaicrestAir to anyone looking

We recently purchased our home and wanted to replace the existing old central heating system along with two downstairs air conditioning units. I contacted Jaicrest and Joe came out to provide a quote. He was extremly imformative and clearly knew his stuff. Which gave me confidence straight away. The team arrived to remove and replace all three units. The entire process was handled efficently and professionally thanks to Robert and his team. Everything was completed in just half a day which was impressive. I highly recommend Joe and the Jaicrest team for any air conditioning work. Outstanding service from start to finish.
