I went on Sunday with my boyfriend to buy my niece a remote control car for her birthday …. I asked the gentleman to check if the car is working because i didn’t want to give a gift that was broken and the worker said sorry we can’t check for you but it should work. We gave the gift to her on Monday and they charged the battery and it just wouldn’t charge so they called me and I was so embarrassed and she was so upset. Today we went in the store to get a refund for the product and I explained what happened how we felt embarrassed and also how we wasted our time picking the product and also how were wasting our time getting a refund we got no apology no empathy just upset faces however mark was helpful but again we got no apology what so ever. I did get a refund for the product however we got no apology no compensation for our time spent and no compensation for the situation the broken charger put us in.

I had the best interaction with Mark. So full of knowledge and went above and beyond (even with all his other multitasking) to come up with a solution for my Dads old Hifi system to make it work with Bluetooth. His personality was just the cherry on top. FIND MARK, if you ever want the good old fashioned customer service :)

Went in to source a new power supply for a computer monitor. The sales bloke asked if i could just bring the monitor in (Im there - no?) then poorly advised that jaycar sells no such thing and to go to a computer shop. I then found a slimline adapter myself, and its functioning exactly as intended. Its a shame that the rep on yesterday doesnt seem to know what he is on about. I won't reccomend this store due to this individuals conduct.

The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Minhaz went above and beyond, coming out to my car to help resolve an issue I had with my Android Auto connecting. I didn't even end up needing to buy anything. But Minhaz helped me solve my issue. Thank you for your amazing service. Well done!
