The staff person that served me was very nice and knowledgeable. However, he was way too pushy which made me feel uncomfortable. Rather than asking "would you like this option?" Or "I'll let you decide based off the information". It was "let's go with this one" and of course he would pick the most expensive option. And if I said no thanks I don't think I'll need that, he will say "okay I'll get you this one instead" which is the second most expensive. I decided on a 4 pack of cheap walkie talkies for one singular occasion. He said I needed a 50 pack of AAA batteries, that can't be a customer centricity suggestion. In order for me to get the option I wanted, I had to say no alot I get it, I work in specialty retail too. But It is vital that as a customer, I feel comfortable to make the decision for myself. In order to make long term loyal customers, it is more important to have an informative, but relaxing and pressure free shopping environment. Instead, it was instantly evident that the staff person only cared about making the most money for the store.

I'd like to say how grateful I am of the service I received from this shot today. Joseph and Vin were so helpful. I asked him so many questions and they answered every single one. Extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very impressed! I highly recommend these two guys and I will definitely be back to purchase more. Thanks again!
