I had an unusual BitLocker issue with my Lenovo laptop. Staff provided a smooth and amazing experience from the time I phoned until I went instore. Brandon and his team went above and beyond, trying a range of strategies to solve the problem before even considering a restore. Several staff members collaborated and offered their expertise over the course of more than an hour. The time, patience and individual attention I received surpassed anything I've experienced from a business in many years. If you're looking for knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service, Broadway JB Hi-Fi is the store to go to. Thank you to everyone who worked together as a team to successfully unlock my computer without losing any of my data. Brandon and the entire team are to be commended.

Came in to the store to purchase a new computer and monitor for our office space. Staff member Burnley saw myself and a colleague going through products and approached us in a friendly manner. He was extremely helpful in our selections and made the entire process smooth and quick. I couldn’t thank him enough and knew he was someone we could trust. We were very happy with the service.

Huge thank you to Ben for helping me get a new phone with so much ease, professionalism, and knowledge. After smashing mine and urgently needing a new one, not long before store close, he was super helpful in getting me set up on a new device, with a great mobile plan deal. Really appreciated the seamless service on an already stressful day. A shoutout too to James who then helped me get a new monitor who, again, made the experience super fast, easy and seamless. I went in to pick up the Nvidia Shield TV Pro - a rather niche device. Throughout the whole process of choosing the right options and negotiating pricing, Ben was very patient and helpful. He was even curious as to my use case with the device. He didn't make it feel awkward when I asked about price matching. He was funny and genuine. He certainly possesses a rare charisma. I've honestly never had such a positive interaction in the retail space. I have gone back many times since for all of my and my partner's tech purchases simply because Ben made that one interaction such a pleasure. The value of a team member like Ben (I believe he was the manager), cannot be overstated. My recent customer loyalty to JBHIFI is driven solely by his personality.
