Dropped my fries on raw chicken and served it to me as is. When i told them i saw what happened they were rude and refused to swap it for a fresh one. Disgusting hygiene standards. Management needs to review staff conduct. Will not be coming back here again and advise others not to either. Would give it 0 stars if the option was available.

Great for hot food lol. It’s a butcher but it’s worth checking out if you’re after a snack or lunch. They have cheap prices on their hot food and I decided to give it a shot. Really good for their chicken and not too dry. I might have been lucky since I was there for early snack in the morning.

I asked to purchase 2kg of items, but one of the staff packed 2.2kg without confirming with me. When I asked her to reduce it to the amount I requested, she became visibly upset, showed a bad attitude, and refused to properly assist me. She then walked away and passed me to another staff member in an unprofessional manner. I felt very uncomfortable with this experience. I believe customers should be respected and not pressured into purchasing more than requested.

The food from under the heat lamps is cold. I asked how long the hot chips had been there they said not long. They gave me one to try and it was stone cold. I was hoping that the chicken would be hot. I got a fresh chips made. I won't be back.
