Nidhi provided an exceptional service. It was my first time at Jeevi, and she consistently checked in to ensure I was happy with the shape, thickness and colour of the brows. Her threading was gentle and precise. We had a lovely chat and she was very personable. I’m already looking forward to coming back for my next service!

I am very disappointed with the eyebrow threading. Before the service, I clearly explained that I wanted to maintain the length of my eyebrows, keep a slight arch, and have them shaped thin but not too thin. I even showed a photo of my own eyebrows as a reference so there would be no misunderstanding about the look I wanted. After the initial shaping, I had to specifically ask the staff member to make my eyebrows thinner because it looked as though very little had been done. Despite this, the final result still does not reflect the instructions or reference photo I provided. This is now the third time I have visited your salon, and unfortunately, I continue to leave dissatisfied. I expected a more professional level of service and greater attention to the instructions provided by customers. As this has happened on multiple occasions, I have lost confidence in the quality of service provided and will not be returning to your salon in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review the standard of service being delivered by your staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jeevi Brow Studio today. The staff member who did my eyebrow threading was extremely rough and caused unnecessary pain. During the process, my skin was actually cut. When I raised this concern, she did not acknowledge it or apologise, which is completely unacceptable. Simply applying aloe vera without any proper response or care is not professional. For a service that costs $28, I expect a much higher standard of hygiene, skill, and customer service. This experience fell far below expectations and does not justify the price being charged. I strongly recommend that management review staff training and customer care standards to prevent this from happening to others.

I have been going to Jeevi at Chatswood for a long time now but Im at the point where I cant make exceptions anymore. Some of the girls are fantastic- others not so much. MOST of the time the girls follow the instructions I give them, occasionally there is a small deviation but its ok. My brows are naturally two quite different shapes so i get that it is hard to match them up. Today I gave the girl specific instructions for a clean up, keep the thickness and dont take anything off the ends of my brows... well the ends of my brows are gone. These take me months to grow back, months. And I was finally getting some progress. Now theyve just been whipped off (not sure why) with a few straggling hairs left there (again not sure why) and I have to start again. When I saw them at the end of the treatment I knew immediately this had happened but I didnt realise how bad it was until I got home. Although this brow place is very convenient for me Im sick of inconsistencies in technique here. Jeevi, it would be a good idea to do some quality control on your staff and ensure that they are all sticking to the same principals and training of your brow studio. Also, LISTENING and adhering to

I came here the first time for threading and it was really good, which is why I didn’t mind traveling an hour to come back. But on my second visit I booked threading, brow lamination, and dye, and the experience wasn’t great. I didn’t even get to see the result of my threading because the lady jumped straight into lamination. I have sensitive skin, and during the process it felt really painful, like the product was cutting my skin. When she brushed my brows upwards, it felt sharp, almost like a blade. I asked if the pain was normal and she said yes, so I just tried to endure it. Because of that, I decided to skip the brow dye I originally booked. After the appointment my brows were red and swollen, and the next day I noticed little wounds on the sides. On top of that, the shape of my brows didn’t turn out nice they looked uneven. My first visit here was great, but my second one left me really disappointed. Definitely not coming back again.
