Vanessa was incredibly attentive and compassionate throughout the entire process. She answered my calls personally—even on Boxing Day when most other funeral companies wouldn’t pick up—making a difficult time so much easier. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly stood out: she arranged water bottles and tissues for everyone, provided comforting words to my dad, sister and aunt, and on a very hot day, she proactively set up little canopies by the graveside so people could stay in the shade without anyone having to ask. These small but meaningful gestures removed so much stress from our family and allowed us to focus on honoring my mother. Vanessa went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful we chose her and Jeffrey Bros.
