I had a really lovely experience at Jiaxy & K Designer Luxury / Jewelry in Chatswood. The store has a beautiful selection of jewellery, especially the natural diamonds, 18K gold and 24K gold pieces. I also had the opportunity to try on and photograph several pieces, and they looked even more beautiful in person. The staff were very friendly, patient and happy to explain the different materials and designs without making me feel pressured. I especially loved the 24K gold pieces — they had such a beautiful colour and quality. There are also plenty of options for different styles and occasions, and they offer custom jewellery design as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for beautiful jewellery in Sydney! 💎✨

I purchased a Louis bag to the shop, apparently the key to the speedy soft dark 30 is missing upon my pickup. The stire staff and manager tried their best to look for the key and even contact their other store and see if they have it. Unfortunately, it's missing. They went beyond and offered to give me a new padlock but it's in gold tone not the palladium one. I guess the original palladium padlock eill be an accessory charm whilst the gold padlock will be used by me when travelling. The most important thing is the people at the shop kept their cool, they have never been rude of showed any rudeness towards me and so do I. They were apologetic with what the issue was. I will surely go back to this shop. With the number of pre loved market sellers, shops the only thing that matters now is the attitude of the seller/staff, the customer experience second eill be the amount of money you get to save. I visited the store with my Mum today and so pleased with Na Na's customer service. She was so helpful in locating me the handbag that I saw and have been wanting for ages. Na na was exceptionally thoughtful being able to offer a reasonable price for the handbag (very competitive pricing) And assured me they have been authentication bags for 10 years and provided me with a certificate from their store that I decided to buy the bag on the spot. I can say the quality of the handbag is in excellent condition which is fantastic since online shops I often dont get to see the real product to try on the look and feel of the bag. I highly recommend visiting this store if you plan on getting a second hand luxury handbag!

Purchased this bag from the Chatswood store. I was served by the lovely Andy. He was so helpful and made the purchase very easy. The store has amazing items with great prices. A must visit when you are looking for pre-loved items!

Such a happy shopping experience every time! The team is super professional, and the sales staff are all so lovely and friendly 🥰 It’s the kind of store I find myself wanting to visit every month just to browse (and usually end up buying something 😆). Highly recommended — always a pleasure to shop here!
