From ordering the battery for me to getting it to my place in Campbelltown from Penrith & then simply using my dining table to take out old one & install the new one, even when I said no to him taking it to his office/workshop overnight as I needed it, he was very communicative & oh so efficient even following up with advice as my battery settings had all changed to conserve/nurse the old one, then just like that my laptop was off from being stuck at 50% charged heading towards 100%, totally recommend this guy he is very polite,friendly & professional & a very cool cat, cannot wait to I have another problem actually so we can pick up where we left off, thanks Adam, you my friend are now my computer guy,I really do hope I need you by the end of July so I can redeem that offer/voucher, stay passionate champ, love your work 💯🙏

Recently Adam from Jim’s IT Penrith fixed my computer problems. I was really impressed with his professional and personal treasure box of ethics and values. Not only was Adam quick, accurate and impressive with his wide-ranging knowledge of knowing what needed to be done, when and where. He moved around my computer with ease and preciseness. Just watching a professional in action, I was in awe. Furthermore, Adam communicated with me on a level I could understand. He was open to listen to my concerns. Patient as I tried to describe what to me was a foreign language, my computer problems, that needed to be fixed, and so they were.
