I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I called before my appointment because I was suffering from severe back pain and simply asked if it was possible to move my appointment to Friday. I was told that if I changed the appointment, I would lose my deposit. Even though I was in pain, I decided to keep my original appointment because I didn’t want to lose my deposit. I made the effort to attend and even tried calling the salon, but no one answered. Instead, I received a message telling me that my hairstylist was no longer available and that my appointment had been cancelled. I never asked to cancel my appointment—they cancelled it themselves. I find it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional that I was told I would lose my deposit if I cancelled, yet the salon had no issue cancelling my appointment at the last minute without my consent. They also instructed me not to contact my hairstylist directly, even though I was only trying to find out what was happening. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but the way this was handled showed a complete lack of respect for my time and my commitment as a customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salo

I had my hair cut by Sara for the first time and am really happy with the result. The layers are perfect and she cut my hair exactly as I wanted. She was friendly and professional and I will definitely be returning soon.

I saw Kylie for hair extensions and she did an incredible job. Not only are they beautifully seamless, but her expertise and the way she explained everything along the way made me feel completely confident I was in the right hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough

Every visit they put so much care into making sure you leave feeling incredible, their customer service and talent in hair is unmatched.
