For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.
Opening hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–3 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (02) 9732 3788. July 2026 Came here on a Sunday 4.5 stars for the food I think the fried combination dumpling 咸水角could have had more filling and the egg tart could have been slightly bigger. Rice noodle roll with prawns was extremely fresh . The ladies pushing the cart was friendly, service was good And I really like their chinaware It looks like they are doing all you can eat on weekdays. Definitely come back as this place exceeded my expectations.

I’ve heard many great thing’s about the Mounties Club’s Jumbo Seafood restaurant. Our table ordered a wide variety of seafood and traditional Cantonese style dishes. The star of the show was definitely the lobster sashimi and lobster noodles, both looked and tasted super fresh and delicious. Pricing is fair and great for the portion and quality of the food you get. The staff members were fast and attentive to our table’s needs, it made us feel really welcomed! Definitely the perfect place for big parties and groups craving authentic Cantonese cuisine. Excited to come back again for their delicious food!

I love the dim sum here. Everything tastes authentic. The dim sum all you can eat is about $32 ppl with a selection of more than 30 choices, Monday - Friday at noon. The place also looks nice and clean inside the club. It’s an interesting experience to have :)

With seafood in the name, prawn and spinach dumplings ($11.90/4) were a given at Jumbo Seafood. We also ate crustaceans wrapped in bean curd skin ($14.20/3), draped over hunks of eggplant in Singapore eggplant ($14.20/3), and teamed with scallops in dainty fried dumplings ($14.20/3). Good prawn balance made the dim sum ($11.90/4) more nuanced than most. Firm texture ensured prawn rice noodle rolls ($14.20/3) are better than the Chinese doughnut ($14.20/3) version. Unlike other yum cha venues we’ve visited that fill up rapidly at 10am, Jumbo Seafood doesn’t really hit its stride until midday. Located in Mounties Rugby League Football Club in Mount Pritchard, it’s an extensive restaurant, with some quirky decor elements like dioramas on the lazy Susans of bigger tables. Trolley service was a bit slow when we arrived at 11am, making ordering from the dumpling menu more successful. Sadly some of their more unique items, like steamed prawn and snowpea dumplings, and chao zhou, were unavailable. The black sesame balls ($11.30/4) were a deep-fried standout with stretchy, mochi-like interiors. The same chewy rice interior was a bit gluggy in the football shaped fried combination dumpli

The Mog Champ sends his regards. Located inside a massive club, Mounties. Had a large brunch with the whole family and relatives. We ordered a bunch of our usual dishes, the biggest surprise was the functionality of the round table they have here which I've never seen before! Very artful of them to have this included. Makes the dining experience feel premium. Lot of yum cha trolleys around here too. It's a good place to get traditional Cantonese food, service was quick, clean and a lively atmosphere all around. Thanks for the lunch, Jumbo. This club has a massive car park outside as well. Mogliest Regards, Your Mog Champ
