I was talking to Todd Jin and the conversation was extremely off-putting. I understand that English is not his first language, but that does not excuse being rude to customers. You do not need perfect English to live in this country, and if someone works in a non-customer-facing role, language skills are less important. However, if you are running a business and dealing directly with customers every day, communication is a core part of the job. I am sure he has lived in Australia long enough to understand the importance of speaking to customers respectfully. You do not need flawless English to provide good customer service, but you do need basic professionalism and courtesy. The way he spoke to me, especially towards the end of the conversation, was rude and dismissive. As a result, I cancelled my order. I would rather pay an extra $100 elsewhere than deal with poor customer service. Running a business means making an effort to communicate with customers properly. Not putting in that effort while expecting people to spend their money with you is ridiculous.

Such great service. Todd was actively communicating with me all through the late hours of the weekend evening to get my print organised for a special Christmas present. Arrived from Sydney to Sunshine Coast 3 days after order. Great service and extremely affordable.

Todd did an amazing job printing the poster for my academic conference. Not many places will print larger than A0 but Todd was able to print my 2A0 poster in matte fabric so I could fold it into my suitcase to travel overseas and iron it out later. Not only was he meticulous with the printing and reprinted my poster a few times to ensure it was perfect, he was able print it same day. Great price, great service, and is very responsive over phone or email if you have questions or need updates from him. Would recommend his services to any student or academic in need of conference poster printing.
