I just wanted to write a review from the tenant perspective. Jay Li has been a pleasure to deal with and if we didn't have to move for work reasons, we would have been more than happy to have stayed in the property and have him as a property manager for the foreseeable future. If you are a clean, tidy and respectful tenant, these guys will show you the same courtesies and respect. Jay was always polite and prompt with his communication and willing to help with any queries that we had as first time renters (a quality that we are finding is not always the case across all rental agencies). We will miss dealing with Jay and wish him all the best for the future. He is an asset to the team and an absolute gem of a human being!

Reliable agent you can trust. Agent Danny helped us located our first home and we are more than satisfied when we bought it. From the first contact to the smooth settlement, Danny impressed us with his professional service, supportive attitude and always problem-solving spirit. The property we finally bought suited for our need perfectly, and it is suggested by Danny, whom we met in an inspection for another property. He listened to our needs, and suggest us to inspect another one. We did, and my wife and I were so into the property that we decided to buy on a second inspection. Danny is always responsive and replied so swiftly that you can reply on. Just before the settlement, due to work issue I cannot attend to the final inspection. Danny inspected all facilities and took videos to show me the functionality of all the contracted stuff. Now I have been moved to the bought apartment for one month, I can see nothing wrong, just except the dishwasher does not really work, being contradictory to what Danny’s video shown to me. Dedicated Friendly Agent, Highly Recommend . From my initial phone call with Jacky he was both knowledgeable, friendly and efficient being able to answer all of my questions and enquiries. Upon viewing the property he went above and beyond showcasing all of the features the home had to offer including the common rooftop space in the pouring rain and even offered for me to view the property outside of the scheduled viewings, including on a Sunday. He had fantastic communication skills and offered constant follow up throughout the negotiations. He made the sale process seamless and was very honest. Nothing was ever too much for him and he was always determined to help. He completed the exchange at 11.44pm at night and continuously kept me updated and took my calls, even after hours. Professional. Jacky is exceptionally patient and always ready to address sellers' inquiries. When issues with my property arose, he went above and beyond to find solutions. His efficiency and prompt responses are commendable. The communication between the buyer and seller was handled with the utmost professionalism.
