We interviewed several agents who claimed to be area specialists for the sale of my grandmother’s home, which she had owned for over 80 years. We ultimately chose Kerry Anne and Ashleigh from KAN Real Estate because they were not only professional, but genuinely personal and sincere during the interview. Engaging them was the best decision we could have made. They organised everything — gardeners, cleaners, a handyman, stylists and photographers — to ensure the property was beautifully presented. Their communication was honest, transparent and never pushy and they kept us fully informed about enquiries without ever making a hard sell or pressuring us to make decisions. What meant the most was how they treated my grandmother, who was 103 years old. They spoke to her as though she was a national treasure and involved her in the process wherever possible. That level of respect and care is rare and meant a lot to her. The sale result was fantastic, landing just above the middle of the estimated range — the same range provided by all the agents we interviewed. Kerry Anne and Ashleigh clearly know the market and the people within it. We cannot recommend KAN Real Estate highly enough
