Nice clean place but massage wasn’t good I paid for remedial massage and it was not even a relaxing one. Poor technique And paid extra to get a receipt for my health fund and receipt wasn’t ready

My go to massage place in Penrith. Friendly staff, and an experiences team of therapists. Nina gave me an exceptional massage, my shoulders had been stiff and sore for days, I have movement back in them.

I have always found this Salon to be very clean, the linen being changed immediately upon vacating the room. Anne seems to be the Go-to Girl @ Khun Siam these days. She has such a sweet temperament and does a pretty good massage. The more information you give, the better the result.

Nearly immediately when we walked in, they put the EFTPOS machine on the counter with a set price before we even discussed what type of massage we wanted, just assuming based on what “most people get.” We had to question it and explain our preferences before anything even started. My partner and I were given different therapists, with mine supposedly being better at Thai massage. I clearly explained that I had a pinched nerve in my neck, a sore knee, and that I preferred deep pressure. All of this was ignored. The massage was extremely light, and even after asking for deeper pressure, nothing changed. I usually love massages, but I was so disappointed that I actually asked how long was left halfway through and chose to end the massage early and push for a voucher to make up for the time and money. Overall, not worth it, I personally won’t be returning but my partner will to redeem the gift card. Paid $170 but later realised on the sign out the front that the Thai massage was $59…? But they charged us $85 each for the hour
