We feel truly grateful to have been part of the Kids Club Elizabeth St family since my daughter first joined in December 2024. From the very beginning, we were welcomed with such warmth, patience and genuine care. I still remember our first Centre tour with Ms Cathy, her kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth immediately made us feel at ease and gave us full confidence that this was the right place for my daughter’s early learning journey. On my daughter’s very first day, Ms Danielle provided such gentle and thoughtful support in helping her settle in. Her attentiveness made a real difference during that important transition and helped my daughter feel safe and comfortable from the start. My daughter is naturally a shy child and does not always express herself openly, but she often tells us at home how much she enjoys coming to the Centre and how much she loves her teachers and friends. That sense of belonging has meant so much to us as parents. I am only second day into the kids club Elizabeth st. I want to share that Doreen my kid class room teacher is amazing so far. 1 i can see she is a proud staff member who works with passion. During the orientation she was very patient and i can tell although jt is a tough job she has a lot of passion for it and the kids. she is a petite girl herself but picked up kids to comfort them. 2 today i had a rough morning and my child did too with me crying. sensing a separation anxiety she caller me (what a nice surprise) to tell me my boy settled all right to reassure me. i can't tell for the next few months but I can see why the centre has many 5 stars as most staff are attentive and pleasant as far as i can see. Doreen did ask asked me what would be my biggest concern: i told her as long as my kid is not abused i don't have any. child care teachers are doing an amazing jov and we cant expect them to be perfect as we cant be that perfect carer / parent. she said any feedback is welcome. I want to say thank you.

I can’t recommend Kids Club Elizabeth enough. When we started we had so many concerns with our baby’s eczema and allergies, but the centre were so caring that it was a huge peace of mind for us. Fast forward, our baby is thriving and absolutely loves daycare, his educators, Cathy and the amazing meals by Chef Gina. I’m constantly surprised by how many bowls my baby consumes 😆. Wanted to give everyone at Kids Club Elizabeth a huge shout out from the bottom of our hearts. The centre is also very advanced with their tech and I love the updates and stories shared. So glad we found you and thank you for being so good to baby M!

Our daughter had a wonderful year and a half at Kids Club Elizabeth St. Although she had to leave because she needs to secure a seat at a private school, we had beautiful memories from our time here.

Cathy was always kind and flexible, especially with our year-end travel plans. Although the teacher turnover was a bit high, Ms. Amy, Shakira, Farah, Denie, Helen and Thao were all dedicated and responsible, giving us peace of mind. Chef Gina's food was amazing, especially during various festive activities. It was like she worked magic with the ingredients, and the children loved her efforts. Our daughter grew so much during her time here. Thank you all the educators. Recommend for all 💓

Kids Club has been amazing for my daughter. She happily walks in every morning at 18 months old and that tells me everything! The space is light filled, modern, open and clean. The most amazing meals are cooked by Chef Gina on site. All the educators are beautiful and caring. They are genuine and truely care about the kids. The activities are amazing - Zumba included! I feel really comfortable with my daughter attending. I had visited a lot of day cares and none felt like this even on a planned tour. Thank you Cathy and the Team at Kids Club.

Kids Club Surry Hills create a nurturing and joyful environment where she can grow, learn, and explore with confidence. Thank you for the countless moments of care, the comforting hugs, and the thoughtful ways you encourage and guide all of the children. Your influence on their early development is immeasurable, and we are so fortunate to have such a wonderful team looking after them.

My partner and I visited Kids Club Elizabeth street today. We fell in love with it immediately from the moment we met Cathy (the Centre Director). She is very welcoming, smiling, and friendly. Cathy took time showing us around, explaining their philosophy & programs and patiently answered all our questions. The facility has a great layout with a nicely sized outdoor play area, which we’re sure most kids will enjoy a lot. The Centre looks very clean, modern, organized and in a great location. At the end of tour, Cathy put us on the waiting list and gave us a lovely gift pack for our to be born twins. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Cathy, thank you so much for your thoughtful and helpful advice. Greatly appreciated! We would 100% recommend Kids Club Elizabeth street.

As a first time mum, I was worried about sending my daughter to daycare. However Kids Club Surry Hills was brilliant from the first moment. The staff made us so welcome and my daughter quickly settled in and loved her time there. The premises are beautiful and so inviting for children. The food is lovingly prepared and the entire team go above and beyond to help in any way. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough. I was reassured to know my daughter was in such safe, capable and trusting hands. They really care about each individual child here.
