My elderly mother and I are local rate and tax payers in this LGA, which means our taxes pay for this facility to operate as well as WE cover the salaries of these people. A lady middle aged large built dark hair in a pony tale with a strong accent rolled her eyes at us in front of a male colleague in the lift and rudely told us that we can’t use the second floor 15 minutes before closing. She also lied that it was 10 minutes left. The bathrooms are filthy, accessible toilet that my elderly mother needs has no paper towels and hand dryer has not worked for months. I will be escalating this with the Lord Mayor, my local sate and federal members of parliament as this is our tax money used to fund this sheltered work shop. Shame on the woman above, and her unprofessional and village like behaviour.

Excellent service and prompt response. I was very impressed by Vanessa. She helped me out with my printing and scanning. Thankyou. 🀩

During my short period of sydney trip and found the perfect escape to get some work done. The entire place has such a nice, relaxing energy and it’s beautifully quiet throughout. If you have a long to-do list and need a calm, productive environment to just focus and knock it out quickly, this library is absolutely perfect.

A great place to study. Not too crowded and well maintained. They don’t like people playing with their jigsaw puzzle though. If they saw one, they will later take the chair away.

Generally love it here, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices for printing, pleasant selection of books. The only thing is the kids section has moved and seemed to have shrunk, which is a pity. Still overall 5 stars for being just great!
