I had a wonderful experience with Kuma Landscaping. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the project. Before preparing the quote, he carefully explained the plan, the process, and the reasons behind each step, which gave me great confidence as someone with limited landscaping knowledge. The communication was clear and organised from start to finish, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I am extremely pleased with the final result and would happily recommend Kuma Landscaping to others.

Absolutely blown away by the transformation from Kuma Landscaping. The team completely changed our outdoor space and the final result looks incredible. They installed beautiful timber decking, natural stone paving, feature screening, landscaping and turf — everything flows together perfectly and really suits the style of the house. The attention to detail was excellent, especially around the finishes, levels and overall design. Communication throughout the project was professional and easy, and the crew worked hard to keep everything clean and organised. The quality of workmanship honestly exceeded expectations. The backyard now feels like a luxury resort space with amazing indoor-outdoor flow and ocean views to match. Highly recommend Kuma Landscaping to anyone looking for high-end landscaping and decking work in Sydney. Will definitely use them again for future projects!

I contacted this company based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately the overall experience has been very disappointing. I first reached out around Christmas last year, and it is now the end of May. After nearly five months, I still have not received any clear follow-up or proper communication, despite contacting them multiple times. They even came out for a site visit, but after that they disappeared again with no meaningful response or update. Messages have been very difficult to get answered. The most disappointing part is not whether the job can or cannot proceed. It is the lack of basic communication and respect for a customer’s time. Customers should not be left waiting for months without a clear answer. If the business is too busy or unable to take on the work, that is completely understandable. However, it would be much more professional to simply say so, rather than leaving customers without any response for such a long period of time. I hope the business improves its communication and provides clearer follow-up in the future, so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

The best landscaper ever, reasonable charge, and high-quality job. I have never seen any landscaping company be this responsible. It's so impressive. I hope I can buy more houses so I can work with them more. Love it!

I had a great experience with Kuma Landscaping. The boss is incredibly kind and attentive, and the work they did was meticulous. Everything was communicated in advance, and before providing the quote, the boss took the time to thoroughly explain how they would approach my landscaping project and why each step was necessary. As someone who knows nothing about landscaping, I really appreciated this thoughtful and detailed explanation. I felt completely reassured throughout the process, and the job was done excellently. Very satisfied with the results!
