Ali has been the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. He is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. No matter the issue or question, Ali is quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to assist. What really sets Ali apart is his genuine care for his tenants. He takes the time to listen, treats people with respect, and always strives to find the best outcome for everyone involved. His communication is excellent, and you can tell he truly cares about the people he works with, not just the property itself. It’s been a pleasure having Ali manage the property, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and caring property manager.

Laing Simmons doesnt deserve even 1 star rating its worst and poor real estate that I ever came across in my life. It was nightmares for me and for my whole family. we had property manager called Rosemary Issa haven't met such kind of person before she is different when we met in person sweet & nice but will see her real hypocrite face in email or text. She was so much of keen to take our whole bond money for no reason she has no intention to return our bond we been in 178-182 Bridge road westemad property for more than 3 years , while we there rent kept on increasing like sky rocket and saying its market value is going up where in other unit with same building hasn't gone so much high in rent. by these 3 years we were paying almost double for 2 bedrooms in old building, the unit from above us was too noisy in middle of night, no security, my stuff from vehicles been stolen and my few deliveries from apartment been stolen, made complaint but nothing been done to solve. when we were about to leave Rosemary ask us to clean house with professional cleaner twice, carpet steam twice, pest control twice, and on top she and strata of that building trying to frame us by saying we have dam

Ali Ftouni has been fantastic to deal with as my property manager. He’s been professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with from the start which has made the whole process of managing my rental property feel really straightforward. I’ve really appreciated how responsive he is and how well he keeps me updated. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing that my property is being looked after properly and that I don’t have to constantly follow things up myself. Ali is approachable, efficient and clearly takes pride in doing a great job. I’m really happy with the service he’s provided so far and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a property manager!!
