To anyone out there reading this, I can’t comment on how good this place is at doing haircuts as I wasn’t able to have one due to a scheduling error on the barbershop’s behalf, but if their care and attention to detail regarding hair is anything like what I experienced with the scheduling issue, then I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Read on for a fun story! I booked a haircut for 3pm, and turned up promptly. I told the barber working there about my booked appointment - he acknowledged this and told me to wait. 20 minutes went by and I wasn’t called. I then got up and asked the barber why I wasn’t being seen, and he told me one of their staff didn’t turn up this morning so I wouldn’t be able to have a haircut in my appointment slot. Not only had I given my phone number and email address to make the booking and not been told in advance that morning when they found out they were short staffed, but the barber I spoke to when I walked in hadn’t informed me about this - he’d just told me to sit down and I guess hoped the problem would magically disappear? If I hadn’t have asked him, then I’m guessing I’d still be sat in the waiting room right now, with the barber just ignoring the issue and
