⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my new Lexus from Lexus Parramatta, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. A special shout-out to Howard Ly, who took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect car. His knowledge, patience, and genuine customer service made the whole process enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Albert for making the finance process smooth and stress-free, and to Sarah and Lachlan for an exceptional delivery experience. They made sure everything was explained clearly and made picking up my new Lexus feel truly special. The whole team was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. Chaniru Sedara is the best salesperson not just in Lexus but Australia. Could not recommend him more highly, very honest and helpful. I am so excited to have picked up my new Lexus RX450H+ from Lexus Parramatta. The wait was worth it to get the color (copper) and the white leather interior. Looks amazing! With dual system of Hybrid and Electric I feel this is exactly the right choice. Athang, sales, was great and George, who handed over the vehicle, was very thorough in explaining all the many features. Thank you. Service agreement includes picking up vehicle from home and return, whilst leaving me with a loan vehicle. Excellent service.

Just bought our new car here and we’re super happy with the whole experience! Howard was really helpful and made everything go smoothly. He was quite busy that day so we didn’t get a photo with him, but he still took great care of us. The lady who explained all the car features was also super nice and patient — she even helped us take a photo with the car! Thanks again to the team, we’re really happy with our new ride 😊
