Have a LG 55 inch OLED tv. Marks have developed across the lower 1/3rd of the screen. Contacted LG for assistance and a fix as tv only 5 years old. NO HELP whatever just referred me to a repairer to get fixed at MY OWN COST. What a pity always though LG as a great company, no more. Dont pay the the high LG price get a Kogan at 80% less in cost and they are more helpful.

Purchased a brand new Quadwash dishwasher which was delivered in undamaged packaging, early May 2026, machine unpackaged and installed directly next to its intended position, only ran 2 cycles before a code was given for internal flooding On inspection by a LG supplied technician he found severe damage under the outer case of the machine which indicated either a fall or crush? Outer case is pristine and undamaged. LG refused responsibility or warranty claim and denied the exterior could be undamaged with the extent of interior damage and that it was impossible for this to have occurred during manufacturing. A fridge should last longer than this. Research carefully before buying an LG fridge My LG GF-L708PL fridge was bought in 2018 as a premium appliance, but the compressor has already failed. After checking reviews for the same model, it appears compressor failure is not an isolated issue. For a fridge that costs thousands, this is extremely disappointing. The most frustrating part was LG’s customer service. I received mixed messages about what may or may not be covered, even after using LG’s approved repair process. In my opinion, LG did not provide the level of support Australian families should expect from a premium appliance brand. A fridge should last longer than this. I have several appliances from LG, and their logetivity has been a total disappointing. Aside looking fancy. They just die as the warranty runs out and the customer service is abysmal. They basically keep saying they will call you back and they never do. Have now replaced my high end dishwasher after 3 years and high end fridge just after 5. Will never buy anything from them ever again.

Worst Purchase Ever - Stay Away from LG Appliances! If I could give zero stars, I would. My 3-year-old LG washing machine is now a vibrating nightmare. It shakes and bangs so loudly during spinning that it's unusable. I’ve already paid for a technician once, only to be told "the machine is fine." It clearly isn't. Now LG wants me to pay AGAIN for another inspection for the exact same issue they failed to fix. This is a total scam. I deeply regret choosing LG. Their products don't last, and their after-sales service is designed to drain your wallet rather than fix your problems. No wonder they have such poor ratings. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this brand. Absolute rubbish.
