Been part of this church community since I moved to Sydney 8 years ago. It’s been such a blessing to call this place my family and home. I love how caring everyone is, and how committed our leaders are to our discipleship and growth. ❀️

This church left deep wounds in my soul. As someone who grew up in Pentecostal circles and gave years of service to the body of Christ, I was cast aside following a Safer Churches allegation involving a relationship with an adult over 18, an allegation never substantiated and later dropped. The matter was closed, and they were formally advised that I had done nothing wrong. Even so, I was left without pastoral care, community support, or the dignity of a conversation that could bring peace. As an autistic person, the lack of clarity and support was devastating. Their silence forever altered my trust in church leadership. If you're neurodivergent or in need of accountable pastoral care, be cautious. Some churches don’t just shoot their wounded, they give them a kick on the way out and call it wisdom.

I instantly felt at home at LifeSource and it has been my family now for about 6 years. The teaching is biblical, worship is powerful and people are lovely. It is a real, solid community of believers that you can count on in God and bad times. Just what a church should be.

Attended a life celebration ceremony and it was beyond expectations. The Pastor was very well spoken and helped ease the pain of a difficult situation. It is not a grand beautiful Cathedral type church, but the beauty is how everyone seemed to be attentive and had a community vibe to it.

My husband and 2 young kids have been attending this church ever since we moved back to Sydney early last year. We were planning to visit a few difference churches in the area before making a decision, but 1 Sunday at Lifesource and we have stayed since! We love the pastors and the teaching, and our kids love the kids ministry programs and now they get sad when they don't get to go (due to illness or travel etc). I have been to different churches in many other countries in the past, and can honestly say the community you can find here is by far the best! You will see people from all 4 generations and all equally passionate about God. Couldn't love this church more. To the person who gave a very surprising bad review in the past, I would encourage you to attend the service more than 1 time to give a fair review. I have never seen more Christianity at work, through action than I have seen here. Whether it is through sending teams to Africa or giving out food to the poor every week locally, I have definitely seen Jesus modelled out week after week.

I have been attending this Pentecostal Church for a while now (1.5 yrs). The people are nice and genuine, it’s a community based church. Very inviting. They have connect groups where you can get connected make friends and follow God. They have youth, 18-25, then 25+. The Church is reasonable in they sense of preaching. However what I found extremely difficult was trying to fit in to a connect group and being respected and accepted. As an individual coming from a different Christian and ethnic background I felt/feel completely alienated. The maturity was definitely not there. I know the idea of a connect group is to get people connected, however I felt completely unwelcome. The people I was surrounded with were completely self centred and cared nothing for God or for others. I have postponed reviewing this Church as I wanted to give it a good run before making my final judgment. I will not attend this Church again. I hope that I can feel peace.

This church just gets better and better each year, serving the members but also the local community with wonderful programs like FoodCare, providing free and low cost food to those who can't afford it. The Sunday School program is second to none and the coffee is pretty good too!! πŸ˜‰

We came from Melbourne and we were introduced to LifeSource Christian Church back in 2011. This warm and full of loving people church has blessed us with many very close friends through it's connect groups and prayer groups. This church has very good praise and worship sessions, great sermons, teachings and great facilities for kids. You will definitely see people saved and truly love God. I must say the Holy Spirit is working overtime here! Very mission focused and full of compassion for the poor. This verse from the bible best describe this loving church - " Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love". We love you! Joshua Chen, Chee Ling, Chanel and Christie.
