I just bought a LinaBell today, and I have to say this store is definitely going to become one of my favorite stores in Sydney. The staff were incredibly friendly. They introduced me to the products, shared some lovely stories behind them, and gave me all the time I needed to decide without any pressure. What made the experience even more special was that when it started raining and I didn’t have an umbrella, they kindly gave me one. It was such a sweet gesture, and it truly made my day. I love my LinaBell so much. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!🫶🏻💗😭

Excellent customer service: Communication regarding specially making available an item for an online order, was almost instantly actioned. Then follow on emails about a problem with a received product promptly and thoughtfully addressed and actioned again by Jordan. Happy customer and recommend Lillianna’s gifts.

I often visit this store on Friday and weekends, the good service is always the reason I come back. The girl with the orange hair incredibly patient with customers and always offers thoughtful, high-quality suggestions. We were looking for a gift for my friend and she knows a lot about Sanrio products and helped me pick out something. I am really happy with that because my friend just told me that she loved my present. I remember last time I came, she even gave my child a cute sticker and a lantern as a gift — it really made us happy and added a warm touch to our shopping experience. The atmosphere in the store is also very lovely, and I truly believe the owner must be a very kind and loving person. One small wish: I hope the store can restock more of the items you used to have, especially the one in the photo — it’s my girl’s and my absolute favorite! We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Experienced miscommunication from this store. Was told by one of the staff that the flower box was going to come with two soaps as well (as you can see from the display photo) and two sprays with the flowers + vase. Bought it and ended up only getting just the flowers, vase and a single perfume. And they charged me a whopping 70 dollars for this. I thought the flowers were pretty and with the rest of the items that would come along with it, it’d be worth it for my friend to enjoy. However I was deeply disappointed. Bought this as a graduation gift for a friend, and it unfortunately didn’t meet the expectations set by the display or the staff’s explanation. I feel upset, lied to, and taken advantage of (as they knew about this gift being meant for graduation), especially for such an important occasion for my friend. I never got scammed before like this in a store so this is my first bad review ever. Be careful with what you buy here, check what’s in the package first and don’t trust them when they describe the contents. And don’t be like me mentioning it’s for special occasions like graduation events. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Either way my friend still enjoyed the gift and said it was lovely!

Located in Haymarket, absolutely loved my experience at this charming gift shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The store is beautifully curated with a wide variety of unique and thoughtful items—perfect for any occasion. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, offering great suggestions and ensuring I found the perfect gift. The store has mugs, plushies, jellycat, stationary, diffusers, soaps, cards. The quality of the merchandise exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every display. It’s clear that passion and care go into running this shop.
