Came in and bought three bottles. I was told by Tara they didn't have bags, so round the mall I go with three bottles. They are paper bags that stop them rattling together so I always get them. Please have the paper bags. And no I didn't want a box - walking round the mall, alcohol box. um just a paper bag please.

I visited the store today to buy some beer, but the store manager refused to sell it to me, claiming that my passport photo didn’t look like me. I have used the same passport ID to buy alcohol at this very store multiple times before, and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve also never been refused at any other liquor stores, and I’m confident that my appearance hasn’t changed significantly from my passport photo. The manager asked me to show another ID, which I did, but she still refused to sell the beer. I couldn’t accept her claim, so I politely asked her to consult another staff member to see if they also thought my face looked different from the photo. However, she refused and said that since she is the store manager, other people’s opinions do not matter. She was extremely rude, and I found her behavior completely unacceptable. Her attitude was so unprofessional that it’s hard to believe she’s the store manager. I felt genuinely upset and I still can’t understand why I was treated that way. The staff I encountered during my previous visits were always very kind and helpful, even going out of their way to help me find the brand I was looking for. Their customer service was excellen

This is for Coles, liquorland replacing Vintage Cellars was a terrible idea! The reduced selection of wines is very disappointing!

We were there on Monday the 28th of January and got excellent service from the staff member. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. The store has a very large range of whisky. Not cheap but if you check the specials you can buy very smart.
