Twice in the past week Liquor land Bondi Beach has been closed during its stated opening hours and when I next went in next and asked why were you closed at 6.pm the store employee said ‘I was on a break and no one else was working’ to which I replied ‘you cannot shut a liquor land during opening hours to take a break just because you feel like it’! Coles lift your game !

I had an excellent experience at Liquorland thanks to Sab. They were incredibly patient in explaining the different drink options and helping me choose the right one. The customer service was absolutely superb friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10 experience! I'll be coming back again because of the outstanding service. Highly recommend! 🍷👏

Went in at 5 pm today. 2 young boys on duty - they did not acknowledge any of the shoppers in the store and had their own conversation about their employment contracts - store was busy but they though it would be a good idea to have a loud conversation . Super rude and zero idea of customer service is and totally entitled. This will be the failing long term if they continue to hire this caliber. Extremely disappointing. Happy to discuss in person and it annoyed me that much

Lovely service at this bottle shop, came in for a big order and were greeted by Aidan, who provided us with exceptional service. So friendly, so helpful, so kind and I wish him all the best. Great sales person, he needs a raise seriously!! Would definitely go back just for him. He recommended us the Ello drinks, and upon trying they were unreal. It’s people like him that make the world go around, and we seriously appreciated his momentary kindness a midst a busy day.
