Terrible experience and extremely disappointing! Today was supposed to be a special anniversary, and I decided to buy a bottle to celebrate. At checkout, two staff members asked for my ID, which I completely understand and respect. However, in every other store I’ve visited in Australia, showing a photo of my passport has always been accepted. These two employees insisted that I must provide the physical passport and even claimed that my passport photo was fake because it contained Chinese text. Their attitude and tone were extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Other staff members at this store have previously been understanding and had no issue with it. In any case, after this experience, I definitely will not be coming back.

Great cheap alcohol in a very convenient location. Friendly staff always offer boxes if you need. Great prices aswell and large variety to choose from.

Very rude security. Refused to let me purchase alcohol with a valid ID. Incredibly Unreasonable. Really have no idea of common sense. Deserves 0 stars. It’s understandable that the staff are perhaps just trying to do their job but refusing and upsetting customers who are eligible to purchase alcohol and of legal age is beyond a joke. Incredibly frustrating. Won’t be going here again. Needs new management.

I had a very bad experience today. Although I bought beer and wine form this shop many times, the stuff still refused me to buy drinks because of no passport. I show others evidences to prove that I am over 18, but it didn’t work. I think they are very crazy and being discriminating against me

Great store, all the staff were fantastic. There was this one staff member who only had one arm, but honestly was as helpful as everyone else if not more. Great selection for a relatively small store, and good price as well. Could be a bit closer to the car park, but other than that thumbs up!
